Evaluation of Storyboard
The perspective of Client
1.    Is the content properly presented and organized?
2.    Is the content designed according to the interview and questionnaire?
3.    Is the content divided into different parts logically by the learning degrees?
4.    Does the content match with the learning outcomes at each stage?
5.    Is the content clean enough for the users at each stage?
6.    Are the content and objectives consistent with main topics having main objectives and sub-topic having intermediate objectives?
The perspective of Media selection
1.    Is the media chosen properly according to each lesson?
2.    Is the media chosen for users best advantages?
3.    Can the users to a large extent participant into the learning activities by the media?
4.    Are all the screens fully designed and easily to be seen?
5.    Is the media selected mostly appropriate for the idea that each part wants to deliver?
6.    Has the appropriate type size and style been selected for the particular needs of the target audience?
The perspective of Instructional Designer
1.    Do the events designed in the storyboard reasonable?
2.    Does the design easy for users to access?
3.    Do the factors and the stories of the project smooth, continuous and related to each other for the users?
4.    Does the design suitable to the clients’ levels?
5.    Does the design suitable to the needs of the clients?
The perspective of Web Designer
1.    Is the background music suitable and has any value?
2.    Is the pictures and icons suitable to the topic and easy for the users to use?
3.    Do all screens have a consistent style?
4.    Do the pictures and factors appeared on the screen visual?
5.    Do all texts easy for users to read
6.    Do the record of the content easy for users to hear and understand?

Group Work Part 2: Learning Outcomes & Assessment Tool & Flowcharts

Learning Outcomes      
  • Kids can generate a general process of fruit growing after playing the app, knowing the requirements for fruit planting from visual sigh      
  • Kids can match the fruit name with its appearance     
  • Kids can know the Chinese as well as the English name of each fruit
  • Kids can know some information of each fruit

Environment analysis
This product is for kids from 2 to 4
This product has no place restricted .
This product is free to download and update

System analysis
It is compatible with iphone, ipod touch and ipad, and ios 3.2 or higher is required.
It is very easy to use so no training program is needed.

Audience analysis
Users' age from 3 to 6
Kids use it as lessons of preprimary education

Content analysis
All of the required elements are available.
The content collection and development require the a unit contract
The client expresses a clear idea of what content will be required
The content will be presented as an app to be accessed
The media elements need attractive to kids
The content will be changed and updated based on the feedback of users and clients, and budget will be provided as long as the client thinks it is needed.
It needs further authentication of media asset

Feasibility analysis
According to the requirements that client make, the product is feasible in technical aspect
We organized special team to support the marketing, testing and evaluating

The product will be conducted based on the budget client provides.
The further investment will be provided by client according to the degree of satisfaction.

Short Proposal

1.General Introduction of the project
The app is to support babies from 4 to 6 years old to learn the knowledge of fruits. It's a game which include the growing procedure of kinds of fruits, such as strawberries, apples,bananas and so on. It has the most detail functions for babies' learning, including children's songs,English and Chinese language learning,words writing practice. It uses cartoon and flash to make the learning procedure very interesting.

2.Statement of what the client wants from our project
Let the babies learn interesting and effectively.

3.Statement of what the user needs
Learn how the fruits grow by using an interesting way.

4.Description of the general treatment and reasons for choice
1.Babies are at the first stage of learning behavior, they couldn't understand complicate things but can learn things fast through an interesting way.
2.The growing procedure can show to babies in the virtual world. It turns out like they plant the fruit by themselves in an interesting virtual world.
3.It's more effective than traditional teaching way.
4.It's easy for parents to explain.

5.Outline diagram of the proposed structure
The app will introduce the growing procedure of kinds of fruits. Users can choose a kind of fruit, use the button of fertilizer or water bottle to let the fruits grow,when it becomes reap they can have it and make it into fruit juice.During this period, the app also has voice introduction of the fruits both in Chinese and in English. Through this procedure, users can learn how fruit grows, what kind of fruit it is and how to speak it in both Chinese and English.

6.Description of the human resources needed
Leader group: about 2 pursons
                         make the strategy and make overall arrangements,connect with the clients,make out the proposal
Design group:about 2 pursons
                        collect the needs of clients and users, design the moodle
Technology supporting group:about 2 pursons
